Shipping Policy:
We ship via USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail, UPS and Fed EX. Shipping costs are calculated by order weight and added to your order total. Occasionally, the computer does not add in shipping charges. If this occurs, I will invoice you separately for shipping before I ship your order.  International shipping is available. Please contact us a petitcoterie@gmail.com and we will be happy to quote shipping as well as invoice you through Paypal.

Shipping charges are for the continental US only. Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges which will be invoiced sepatately via PayPal. These additional expenses must be paid prior to shipping. (International sales must be shipped with insurance where available. Additional charges will be billed separately through PayPal and must be paid prior to shipping.)

In most cases, items that are breakable have insurance added into the cost of shipping. In the event that insurance is not included on the items you have purchased and you desire to have it, please include a note on the order. I will invoice you separately for cost of insurance.

Please allow 10 days from the date of order, as most items are handmade at the time the order is received.. I do not ship on weekends.

Returns:
Special orders may not be returned.

Our inventory contains some one-of-a-kind, vintage, timeworn  items, which makes them full of romantic charm! These pieces are beautiful but may have slight imperfections that give them their character. I have tried to accurately describe each piece and list any flaws. Please feel free to ask any questions before purchasing. Vintage finds are non-refundable.

All other items may be returned in original condition for a refund or shop credit. Returns must have prior approval within 3 days of receipt and must be shipped within 2 days of approval. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied for late returns (after 2 weeks). Returns after 1 month will not be accepted. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, must be insured and shipped via the same method used for original shipping. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
